Congratulations to all the cross country runners who competed in our FIRST AIA meet last Saturday! Honorable mentions are Caden Edgerton who finished 9th among freshman, also making him ALA Ironwood's first medal placer in the AIA! Also, Makenzie Fears, who finished with a personal best of 24:56 and currently ranks 17th in our section. What a great way to start off the season! GO WARRIORS!!!

Attention all Jr. High and High School wrestlers! Open Mat will be held every Wednesday from 5-6:30pm in the wrestling room, starting June 13th. Come meet our new varsity head coach, Ben Robinson (ohai.robinson@gmail.com), and keep up on your skills over the summer! 

The following activities are open to all incoming freshman and high school athletes interested in participating in Warrior basketball in the 2018-19 school year.

ONE DAY SUMMER CAMP -

• Saturday, June 2nd 
• 1:00-4:00pm
• no charge

OPEN GYM - 

• June & July (No open gym the 1st week of July)
• Tuesday - 10am-12pm (No open gym on 6/19, open gym from 12-2pm on 7/10)
• Thursday - 5pm-7pm
• Saturday - 1pm-3pm

SUMMER BASKETBALL LEAGUE -

• Month of June
• Monday and Wednesday nights @ ALA Ironwood
• Games will be played in both gyms from 4-9pm
• Schedule TBA

Congratulations to our Jr. High Wrestling team! They took 1st place in last Saturday's tournament, beating out ALA QC, ALA Gilbert and 7 other schools. Congrats to individual 1st place winners - Tanner Hale, Ashton Williams and Grayson Ryan. Way to go gentlemen! We are proud of you and all our wrestlers!
