Senior OH Alex Allen led the Warriors to a 2-0 week with wins against Leading Edge Gilbert and San Tan Charter. Alex had 16 aces - 9 kills - 5 blocks and 4 digs on the week. Warrior Volleyball currently stands #10 in the latest 4A conference rankings.

Junior Ella Verdine pitched two shut out games on the week with a 5-0 win over Valley Christian and 8-0 win over Coolidge. She threw 14 innings and totaled 22 strikeouts, allowed 0 runs, 8 hits and 0 base on balls. Ella has helped lead the lady Warriors to a 6-2 start on the season.
Teagan Fears (Jr.), Shelby Walag (Jr.), Whitney Armstrong (So.), and Katie Griffith (Fr.) won the 4x800m relay race and broke the school record at their meet on Wednesday with a provisional state qualifying time. It's the first time we've had a girls team break 11 in the 4x800! This currently ranks them in the top ten of division three. Way to go ladies!
Leah caught 7 innings and had no pass balls. She shut down the running game throwing out the one attempted steal and had one pick-off. Leah went 2/4 with the crucial bottom of the 7th tie game base hit to start a rally, got to second on a hustle play, stole 3rd then reached home on the bad throw to secure the walk off win against ALA Gilbert. #SwordsUp #LadyWarriorsSoftball
Maleah Tucker competed at the 2022 Maricopa Invitational on Saturday. She placed first in both the shot put and discus throwing events. Not only did she win, but also she broke BOTH school records and reached an automatic state qualifying mark for discus. She was our biggest contributor to the women's 9th place overall out of 29 competing schools at the meet.

Shout out to the Warrior Offensive line - (Jr) Tahaj Acoff, (Soph) Nathan Hale, (Sr) Nicholas Soto-Chi, (Soph) Dominic Fiore and (Soph) Brendan Maas for their dominance on the offensive line. They led the Warriors to an explosive offensive night with a blowout win 65-0 against Catalina.

Teagan posted her season best time at the Fountain Hills Invite for Cross Country. She placed 74th out of 286 girls and with her time she currently ranks 11th in division three this season.

Junior QB Connor Mault led the Warriors to their first win of the season on the road against Valley Lutheran. Connor threw for 195 yards and 3 TD's in the Warriors 34-6 victory over the Flames.

Isaiah led the Warriors boys soccer team to a 3-0 week capping off with a thrilling win at Yuma Catholic. He had a crucial game winning goal in that game. Warriors are currently ranked #13 in 3A. Keep it going Warriors!!! #SwordsUp
In a thrilling one point win against Arizona College Prep, Loanne scored a team high 20 points while making two crucial free throws in the final seconds of the game. Lady Warriors won 43-42 on the road at ACP. #SwordsUp
At the Erin Botma Invitational hosted by Valley Christian HS, Cade won the race and led the Warriors to a second-place finish (out of the 16 schools competing). At the Juan Reyes Invitational hosted by Carl Hayden HS, Cade placed 5th and led the boys team to a third-place finish (out of the 21 schools competing). For the first time in the XC program's history, the boys team earned a trophy for their top three finish in that meet!

Senior Forward Andy Allen averaged 20.3 points and 12 rebounds in 3 games at the Judy Dixon Holiday Tournament at Greenway HS. He tied his career high with 26 points against Moon Valley HS in the tournament. Andy currently leads 3A in double-doubles with 7 on the season.
Senior Alissandra Rodriguez scored her first goal on the season in the Lady Warriors 3-0 home win against NFL Yet HS.

Congrats to Sophomore #17 Hannah Pushckor for her performance over the weekend in the Goldwater Volleyball Tournament. Her efforts on the court earned her all tournament team honors while playing against big school competition.

Senior RB/LB #13 Caleb Gaston led the Warriors to a 31-30 victory over region opponent San Tan Foothills. Caleb had a big night on both sides of the ball. He had a total of 174 yds with 3 TD's (2 rushing, 1 receiving) and recorded 11 tackles on defense.
