Warrior Athlete of the Week!Bennett Hansen joined XC this year as a senior and has worked hard to make it into the top 7 to represent the team at their sectional meet this Wednesday. JH Cross Country Boys Team win CAA State Title!

Congratulations!!! The Jr High Cross Country State Championships was on Saturday, October 19th, held at Freestone Park. On a cold and rainy morning the Warriors at ALA Ironwood rain 2 miles on a tough and muddy course. Fifteen qualified teams with over 300 runners from across Arizona competed in the race. HS Winter Sports Official Start Time

High School Winter SportsBoys & Girls Basketball, Boys & Girls Soccer and Wrestling All athletes must be registered before they can try out and/or participate! Registration is done when the athlete's status on Aktivate shows "Complete" or "Ready for Tryouts". All Registration must be complete or you will not be able to participate!! (Please allow 48 hours for documents to be approved)Annual Physicals must be dated on or after March 1st, 2024 to be valid for 24-25 school years and must be filled out on the 24-25 AIA/CAA Physical Evaluation form to be accepted. Athletes are cleared to try out and/or participate once their status shows "Complete" on Aktivate. When searching for our school, please select the "ALA Ironwood 7-12" campus. Any outstanding athletics fees from last year/season must be paid in full in order to try out. Congratulations to our JH Baseball team for making the CAA State Tournament after going 9-2 in the regular season. Warriors host sister school ALA West Foothills in their first round matchup on September 30th. First pitch is at 4pm. Come out and support JH Warrior Baseball. #WeAreWarriors

Warrior Football would like to recognize Mrs. Luna as the “Football Teacher of the Week”. When asked about Mrs. Luna; our players proudly stated: "Mrs. Luna has such a bright character. She gives her students endless opportunities to receive as much knowledge about the human body and creates hands-on experience to maximize that knowledge. She is very interactive and her passion for the subject has encouraged many to pursue the field. Being one of her students was very memorable and we are thankful for her care for not just us as a student but as an athlete.  We are so grateful for the positive impact she’s had on the students around her.  Mrs. Luna; thank you for supporting our football team and our Senior Class of 2025; without teachers like you we would not be able to be the Student Athletes we strive to be. #WeAreWarriors

Warrior Athlete of the Week!Senior Malachi Gomez started at RB for the first time in his career and led the Warriors to a 41-17 win over Gilbert Christian in their home opener. He rushed for 245 yards and 5 TD's. Great game, Malachi! #WeAreWarriors
