The Warriors played in yet another Overtime game Tuesday afternoon tying Thatcher 1-1.

The score was still at zeroes at the end of the first half after a hotly contested and physical first half as players from both teams gave all they had in the heat of a mid afternoon game in southern Arizona. 

The Warriors got the scoring started six minutes into the second half when Diego Diaz (#14) played Jaime Abollado-Zamorano (#11) through the back line and he was able to shoot under the keeper to make the score 1-0 to the Warriors. 

Ten minutes later Thatcher would tie up the game when the ball spilled in the box off of a long throw and the ball found its way into the lower corner. 

Tensions grew heated throughout the rest of regulation and into overtime as both teams put everything they had into getting the victory. 

The game ended after Overtime with the score at 1-1 and both teams exhausted after leaving everything on the field. 

The Warriors were able to remain undefeated in the Region as they prepare for Senior Night on Thursday against Pusch Ridge Academy at 6 p.m. Seniors will be recognized just before game time.
