The Warriors dropped a heartbreaker to the AZ College prep Knights for their first loss of the season. 

The Warriors got off to a blazing start less than two minutes in when Eloy Solis (#20) played Kevin Chacon (#10) through where Chacon chipped the ball right over the keeper to put the Warriors up 1-0

AZ College Prep then came back to tie with a far post shot that found the back of the net. 

Playing their third game in 5 days, the Warriors midfield was stretched as AZ College prep scored again in the 38th and 40th minute to make it 3-1 going into halftime.

Not willing to give up the fight though, Solis pounced on a misplaced goal kick five minutes into the second half and smashed the ball into the far post bringing the Warriors back within one!

Less than ten minutes later, Solis found Jaime Abollado-Zamorano (#11) with a through ball where he slotted it into the near post just out of the keepers reach, tying the game for the Warriors!

With the game tied, the teams went into overtime still locked at 3-3 but with less than 8 minutes left in the game AZ found a way through the  defense and their shot slid under Elijah Ramirez(#31) to make the score 4-3 in favor of AZ college prep.

Ramirez had a stellar game, with 34 saves including a triple save off of a Penalty Kick. 

The Warriors next game will be Tuesday away against San Tan Foothills.
