The Warriors got the win Thursday with a 6-0 drubbing of the Eastmark Firebirds. 

The Warriors started out the game slowly, easing their way into the play, possessing the ball and fine tuning their communication from the back line up through the midfield and to the forwards. Throughout the first 25 minutes the Warriors dominated Possession keeping the ball 70% of the time.

The deadlock was finally broken in the 28th minute when Christian Hardenburg (#9 C) received the ball after a throw in, took a touch into the middle of the field and fired hom a rocket from 24 years into the top left corner. 

Less than a minute later, and only 16 seconds of game time, the Warriors pressed the back line of Eastmark and Hardenburg forced a turnover before playing Jaime Abollado-Zamorano (#11) through on goal where he slotted the ball into the far post to make it 2-0 for your Warriors. 

The Warriors kept the pressure high after that forcing turnovers and maintaining possession for long spurts before Hardenburg was at it again. Poking the ball away from an Eastmark player he was able to find Kevin Chacon (#10) who then dribbled through several players before placing his shot just out for the keepers reach into the lower left corner and sending the Warriors into halftime with a 3-0 lead.

In the second half the warriors would come out firing again 6 minutes into the half when Isaiah Ramirez (#15) played a cross into Eloy Solis (#20) who shot into the lower right corner right past the keeper making it 4-0 for the warriors. 

14 minutes later Chacon and Solis were at it again as Solis played a ball over the defense which Chacon controlled before volleying his shot past the keeper. 

In the 67th minute the Warriors would then finish their scoring for the night when Diego Diaz (#14) played Ramirez through on goal and he chipped the keeper making the final tally 6-0 to your Warriors!

Elijah Ramirez(#31/19) and Carlos Clanton (#31) shared Goalkeeping duties Thursday with Clanton coming in to play the end of the game. 

The Warriors next game is Saturday away at Arizona College Prep Academy at 2 p.m.
