Congratulations to all the cross country runners who competed in our FIRST AIA meet last Saturday! Honorable mentions are Caden Edgerton who finished 9th among freshman, also making him ALA Ironwood's first medal placer in the AIA! Also, Makenzie Fears, who finished with a personal best of 24:56 and currently ranks 17th in our section. What a great way to start off the season! GO WARRIORS!!!

Schedule:
- Monday & Wednesday (9-11am) - Full body weights workout
- Tuesday & Thursday (7-8am) - Conditioning
- COST: $50 (Cash or check - made payable to ALA Ironwood Booster)
