The Warriors dropped a hard fought contest against ALA Gilbert on Wednesday night to finish out their season with a record of 5-3-3

The Warriors came out with passion and energy controlling the game from the beginning and opened the scoring when Eloy Solis(#20) played a ball across the box to his brother Estevan Solis(#7) who slotted the ball into the lower left corner.

The game was very physical and the Warriors back line played their hearts out physically dominating the Eagles and making them uncomfortable throughout the entire game. Brandon Miller (#4), Tanner Chambers (#18 C), Justyn Martos (#5) and Noah Jackson (#3) played as one cohesive unit to keep the Warriors energy up and physicality present the whole time. 

The Eagles were able to get two goals back before halftime making the game 1-2 at that point. 

Moving into the second half the Eagles were able to score again as the got through the Warriors and played a ball across the box where they shot into the bottom of the goal getting it right past Elijah Ramirez (#31) making it 1-3

The Warriors would come raging back as Diego Diaz (#14) played Jaime Abollado-Zamorano(#11) through the Gilbert back line and he placed his shot perfectly underneath the keeper into the far corner. 

The Eagles would then get one more score late in the second half making the final score 2-4 to the Eagles. 

The effort and passion shown by the Warriors was inspirational all night and they have set a high standard of play as they prepare for their first playoff game this Saturday against Odyssey Institute.
