REGISTER MY ATHLETE:
New features include an Opioid Risk Awareness course (high school ONLY). Written instructions for Register My Athlete can be found on the homepage of our athletic website (alaiwathletics.org). All forms and documents have been updated for the 20-21 school year. Remember, required documents must be printed, filled out, then scanned and uploaded to Register My Athlete. If you do not have access to a scanner, you can take pictures of completed documents with your phone, then upload photos to RMA from your phone. All forms must be signed and dated by both parent and student. Incomplete documents will be rejected. Per AIA regulations, 20-21 sports physicals must be dated on or after March 1, 2020. Check the athletic website for information on free sports physicals. ALA requires that all competing athletes have insurance coverage. If your child does not currently have insurance, you'll need to purchase a short-term, in school, accident policy for the duration of the season. Proof of insurance is a requirement in the online registration process. NOTE: ALA is not contracted with a specific insurance provider. Contact Mrs. Green if you have any questions pertaining to registration. (email@example.com or 480-344-9898 ext. 2063)
